PLAN AMENDMENTS

The Stockbridge Downtown Development Authority (SDDA) holds a statutory responsibility to maintain a Development Plan and Tax Increment Finance Plan. As such, it reserves the right to make amendments towards it's Tax Increment Finance Plan/Development Plan in order to incorporate ongoing and future projects.

 

These Plan Amendments are adopted by the SDDA after a public hearing is held in front of the Village Council following all statutory requirements for Public Hearings in accordance with Act 197 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1975.
